NEW DELHI, May 21 (Xinhua) -- India's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will be attending the meeting of Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on May 21-22, an official communication said Tuesday.

This will be the second CFM meeting that India attends as a full member of the SCO. India's external affairs minister attended the last CFM meeting in Beijing last year.

The CFM meeting in Bishkek will review the preparations for the forthcoming SCO summit, and exchange views on issues of international and regional importance, added the official communication from India's external affairs ministry.
