Aerial Photo taken on March 12, 2019 shows the winding concrete road from Sebian Village to Gaobang Village in Langdong Township, Rongjiang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province. The concrete road project in Guizhou was launched in August, 2017. Up to now, Guizhou has seen 77,700 kilometers of rural roads built or renovated with nearly 40,000 villages connected by concrete roads.
