HONG KONG, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) -- The gold price in Hong Kong went up 42 Hong Kong dollars to open at 11,230 dollars (about 1,430.57 U.S. dollars) per tael on Thursday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.
