MUMBAI, June 18 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed flat on negative note Monday. Metal stocks were the biggest losers as well with Tata Steel, Jindal Steel & Power, JSW Steel, Hindalco Industries, Vedanta, Welspun Corp and Hindustan Zinc being the top losers.
